Tim, the Principal of Praxim, has a post graduate qualification in Management (1994) and extensive experience in industrial psychology, conflict resolution and change management in organisations.

Tim's experience spans the following:

1. EAP and Trauma Consultant in SA/NT for 16 years, with the major banks, trucking companies, the Gandell Group, Air Services Australia and Petroleum companies.
2. Formal Investigator and Change Agent for public service organisations including National Native Title Tribunal, SA Health, SACAT and Courts SA.
3. Registered Rehabilitation Consultant with WorkCover and Comcare.
4. Industrial guidance provided to employees and employers in relation to the performance management process and disciplinary processes.
5. The recruitment and retention of staff.
6. Team-building, debriefing in relation to onsite incidents arising, and training in relation to emotional intelligence, workplace hazards and addressing difficult customers.
7. Coaching/mentoring to supervisors and managers on staffing matters, disciplinary processes, managing personal-work life stressors.
